About the Founder
My name is Amanda Cosco and I’m a beauty and fashion futurist and the founder of Electric Runway.
I started Electric Runway in 2015 as a space to share my multimedia research and reporting covering how technology is transforming fashion and beauty around the world. Since then, I’ve pioneered thought leadership in #FashionTech and #BeautyTech.
Through Electric Runway, I’ve reported from every stage of the beauty and fashion supply chains, from garment factories in Bangladesh to the front row at New York Fashion Week. I’ve interviewed over 100 CEOs, traveled to 15 countries, participated in top industry events, and appeared on dozens of TV and radio programs. I've also interviewed three self-identified cyborgs and poured a beer with my brainwaves (it's a tough job, but someone has to do it!)
On the business-to-business side, I work with the most innovative brands to help them on their runway to success. I would ❤️ to share my experience and global perspective with you.
