Since 2008, over 12,000 physical stores have been closed due to changes in spending habits and the rise of companies such as Amazon. As technology transforms the way we shop and sell, can innovations that blend physical and digital lead to product discovery, new revenue streams, and a closer, more intimate relationship with customers?
