My guest today is Tony Mammoliti, a Toronto-based retail entrepreneur reimagining the customer experience by leveraging laser-cutting, crowd-funding, and leading visualization software to deliver customized backpacks and jackets for the urban adventurer. YNOT is the name of the company, and I had the pleasure of visiting their brick-and-mortar location on Queen West in Toronto to go through the experience of designing and making a custom jacket from scratch. Here to talk about why personalization is so popular and the benefits of made-to-order retail is Tony Mammoliti, the founder of YNOT.
