In 2018, Amanda Cosco traveled to Bangladesh to explore the country’s dynamic fashion and textile industry, a global hub for apparel production. During her visit, Amanda met with local manufacturers, artisans, and industry leaders to gain first-hand insights into the complex supply chains and innovative practices driving the sector. Her experience in Bangladesh provided a deeper understanding of the country’s role in the global fashion economy and highlighted the opportunities and challenges associated with sustainable production and ethical sourcing.
